Conifer Info

Conifer Colorado is a growing city with a population of around 30,000 people.  The real estate market in Conifer is expected to grow significantly over the next five to ten years as major developments have occurred to spur that growth.

First off US Highway 285, which was a two lane highway, is now four lanes all the way through Conifer and heading further south in to Pine, Bailey and beyond.  This expansion has made it easier for commuters to travel to and from their homes to their offices - reducing commute times considerably.  It takes about thirty minutes to get to the heart of Denver or to the Denver Tech Center.

Conifer has an elevation of around 8000 feet above sea level.  Conifer home sales continue to grow as more people want to experience mountain living but still maintain a close proximity to the large metropolitan city of Denver.

Another major development is the addition of Conifer Town Center.  The Safeway store that has been a main stay for Conifer real estate residents, is moving to this massive new project.  Conifer Town Center is a $65 Million development headed up by Trammel Crowe.  This new super Safeway is expected to be the largest in the country.
